These terms describe the role of MoorMate and the responsibilities of users and independent mooring operators. More detailed booking terms may be presented during a transaction.

The marketplace

MoorMate provides a marketplace and booking platform connecting boaters with independent mooring operators.

Marketplace role

MoorMate does not own or operate listed moorings unless explicitly stated. The independent operator is the provider of the mooring facility.

Accuracy and availability

Operators are responsible for the accuracy, maintenance, permissions and suitability of their listings. MoorMate does not guarantee the safety or availability of any mooring.
